Taught by Irene Nielsen, PsyD, Certified Tea and Etiquette Consultant and graduate of the Washington School of Protocol. Nielsen has been in practice, helping others since 1995. We will cover the 5,000-year history of tea and the movement from China to the West. Modern, Western etiquette is covered along with important issues of production and selections of teas from white, to green, to Oolong, to black, and flavored teas.
